Our desalination and treatment facilities are designed for efficiency, helping reduce energy consumption and operational emissions, while renewable energy initiatives, including solar integration, support a lower environmental footprint. Through advanced effluent treatment and reuse systems, Majis achieves water reuse rates of up to 90%, significantly reducing freshwater abstraction and supporting circular water management within the Sohar industrial ecosystem. In addition, environmental monitoring, pollution prevention controls, and tree‑planting initiatives within our concession areas contribute to ecosystem protection and long‑term carbon offset efforts.
