Job Purpose

As a Concept Engineer specializing in Water Treatment, you will play a key role in business development and engineering implementation. You will generate engineering solutions, review tenders, optimize designs, and support projects across Oman in alignment with Majis’s strategic growth and environmental goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Research & Development

  • Explore new technologies in water treatment (RO, UF, WWTP, etc.).

  • Perform techno-commercial and life cycle analyses to select optimal solutions.

  • Streamline procedures to enhance decision-making in asset and business development.

2. Design & Prototyping

  • Support the creation of functional prototypes and technical evaluations.

  • Assist in monitoring and refining process concepts throughout the project lifecycle.

3. Project Management

  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to meet project timelines and budgets.

  • Review tender documents and provide technical clarifications.

4. Collaboration & Communication

  • Work with multidisciplinary teams (Engineering, Legal, Finance, etc.).

  • Maintain detailed technical documentation.

Job Purpose

The Internal Audit Manager is responsible for leading and executing assurance activities within Majis under the direction of the Board of Directors. This role involves conducting audits, analyzing risk, implementing audit criteria, documenting procedures, and promoting continuous business improvement and risk mitigation. The position operates in line with Majis’s mission, vision, values, and policies, adhering to international standards and best practices aligned with national objectives.


Scope of Work

  • Develop and implement the annual risk-based internal audit plan

  • Coordinate with internal auditors, the State Audit Institution, and external auditors as needed

  • Document processes and procedures related to audits

  • Identify findings and implement corrective actions

  • Benchmark globally to enhance risk management and value creation

  • Conduct research and stay updated on regulatory trends and developments


Main Responsibilities

  • Plan, supervise, and report on audit assignments

  • Develop comprehensive audit programs based on risk and objectives

  • Ensure timely completion of audits

  • Collect and analyze audit data using up-to-date tools and techniques

  • Execute audit fieldwork according to approved programs

  • Maintain detailed documentation and upload all evidence to the Audit Management System

  • Draft audit reports and follow through with endorsement and action plans

Job Purpose

The Legal Manager is responsible for leading and managing all legal matters at Majis, acting as the company’s legal advisor and Board Secretary. The role includes oversight of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, dispute resolution, and stakeholder relationships. The position ensures legal strategies are integrated with business operations to support the company’s long-term growth and compliance.


Scope of Work

  • Lead and implement the company’s long-term legal strategy

  • Act as the primary legal advisor to senior management and the Board

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements

  • Negotiate, draft, and review all types of contracts and legal documents

  • Serve as the Board Secretary and manage corporate governance matters

  • Provide legal guidance on M&A, IPOs, and investor relations

  • Oversee litigation, dispute resolution, and risk management processes

  • Represent the company in front of regulatory authorities and legal bodies

  • Serve as Secretary to the Board and Board Committees

  • Develop and update long-term financial strategies aligned with business and shareholder expectations

  • Oversee treasury operations, cash flow planning, financing strategies, and banking relationships
