Job Purpose
As a Concept Engineer specializing in Water Treatment, you will play a key role in business development and engineering implementation. You will generate engineering solutions, review tenders, optimize designs, and support projects across Oman in alignment with Majis’s strategic growth and environmental goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Research & Development
Explore new technologies in water treatment (RO, UF, WWTP, etc.).
Perform techno-commercial and life cycle analyses to select optimal solutions.
Streamline procedures to enhance decision-making in asset and business development.
2. Design & Prototyping
Support the creation of functional prototypes and technical evaluations.
Assist in monitoring and refining process concepts throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Project Management

Job Purpose
The Internal Audit Manager is responsible for leading and executing assurance activities within Majis under the direction of the Board of Directors. Scope of Work
Develop and implement the annual risk-based internal audit plan
Coordinate with internal auditors, the State Audit Institution, and external auditors as needed
Document processes and procedures related to audits
Identify findings and implement corrective actions
Benchmark globally to enhance risk management and value creation
Conduct research and stay updated on regulatory trends and developments
Main Responsibilities
Plan, supervise, and report on audit assignments
Develop comprehensive audit programs based on risk and objectives
Ensure timely completion of audits
Collect and analyze audit data using up-to-date tools and techniques
Execute audit fieldwork according to approved programs

Lead and implement the company’s long-term legal strategy
Act as the primary legal advisor to senior management and the Board
Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements
Negotiate, draft, and review all types of contracts and legal documents
Serve as the Board Secretary and manage corporate governance matters
